Edwin John Onam popularly known as Mac Apoka is a South Sudanese versatile artist. Mac Apoka was born on 28th March 1994 from Pajok South Sudan. He is a member of a Luo speaking tribe of South Sudan. He went to schools like Pajok secondary school and later joined Sudan University Khartoum where he studied Arabic. Mac Apoka started gravitating towards his music career in 2019 and he sings both dancehall and Lakubukubu.
