Otim innocent populary known by his stage name ‘Tincence’ is a Gulu based Rapper and a hip-hop music producer.it seems he is the new face of Northern Uganda hip-hop,Timcence first got recognitions and attention from the hip-hop lovers after his track ‘Playing with the Savage’ rose to the chart of the weekly top 20 music program on mega100,a Gulu city urban based radio station.
